Fork In The Rowed is a small-scale market garden located just outside of Lethbridge AB. We are passionate about growing the high quality, fresh & nutritious produce that our community deserves. We are invested in the sustainable production of local produce using methods and practices that support the land and environment, as well as the people and organisms who inhabit it.
We choose to engage in actions that reflect the desire and expectation of having safe, fresh, local, and nutritious food for ourselves and our community. We feel fortunate to know the people we grow food for and believe in being accountable and responsive to their needs. We aim to maintain and cultivate biodiversity in our soil as well as the produce we offer. We support and are supported locally and believe this is the best way to build resilient and vibrant communities.
We believe that finding fresh & healthy food where you live shouldn't require a Masters degree in buzz words; it sure never used to. Honesty, transparency, and communication are our priority when connecting with our community. We promise to always provide you with the highest quality produce, and be able to tell you exactly where, how, and by whom it was grown. In this way we can provide both a place, and a face to your food. Whether it be a suggestion, question, or request, we always want to hear from you.
